Laundromats close at 10pm (11pm for Kalamunda). Doors automatically lock at 10pm. You may remain inside to finish your laundry, but you cannot re-enter once you leave.

Laundromats open at 6am.

If you have paid, please fill out our contact form so we can assist you and arrange a refund or store credit if required.

If a machine is not working or shows an error message, please email: admin@thewashhouselaunderette.com.au.

You may use your own detergent or fabric softener, or purchase them from our vending machine.
Please note: machines are not self-dosing.

Yes. King-size doonas and blankets can be washed in our 18kg and 28kg jumbo machines. Please do not exceed the “Max Fill Line” so the load can tumble properly for best results.

We recommend not leaving items unattended. The Wash House Launderette cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Yes. If a cycle is finished and no other machines are available, you may carefully remove items. Please place them neatly on the nearest bench.

You can have a receipt emailed to you on the final screen of the kiosk payment by entering your email address.

You can also request a receipt via our contact form.
