How to use CS10 White Washer/Dryer Stack
The CS10 White Washer/Dryer Stack
- It is a commercial quality, soft mount, small load machine.
- Recommended to small loose loads up to 10kg (2 baskets)
- Not suitable for Any Blankets, Doonas/duvets, or towels (as the load can become unbalanced) pet items and Dirty loads (please use our designated Dirty Loads Machine for Pet Items, Tradegear, Workwear, restaurant items like tablecloths and tea towels)
Step 1
- Check machine is available, ie not being used or out of service
- Please make yourself aware of our terms and conditions of use
- If the machine has finished running and there are items left in the machine you may remove the items. Please use all care with the other customers items, and place them neatly on the closest bench
Step 2
- Load washing in machine and close door
- Load machine to ‘max fill line’ only, overloading the machine will negatively impact quality of, and time taken for, drying The load needs to tumble to dry effectively
Step 3
- Pay for the machine via the Kiosk or QR code located on the machine
- Up to 4 machines can be paid for at one
- Please do not pay for wash and dry at the same time, only pay for a dryer when you are ready to use, someone else may end up using your dryer credit while your wash cycle is being completed
- After purchasing you have the option of requesting a receipt to be emailed to you
Step 4
- Select drying temperature on the machine
Step 5
- Add dryer sheets if required
Step 6
- Press green start button on the machine
- Please do not leave your drying unattended, The Washhouse Launderette cannot take responsibility for
- Please remove your items from the machine as soon as the wash cycle is finished
Step 7
- Dry cycle time is displayed on the machine
- During busy times it may be necessary for others to remove the completed load from the machine if it is left unattended
Step 8
- Once you have finished your Dirty Loads wash, please check the machine for any dirt, hair or residue left behind
- Please use our complimentary clothes to clean as required, out of respect for your fellow customers
