How to use 17kg dryer
The DR335 17 kg dryer
- It is a commercial quality, medium-load machine.
- Recommended for medium-sized loads up to 17kg (4 baskets).
- Load machine to the “max fill line” only. Overloading the machine will negatively impact drying quality and increase drying time. The load needs to tumble freely for effective drying.
Step 1
- Check machine is available (not in use or out of service).
- Please make yourself aware of our terms and conditions of use.
- If the machine has finished running and items are still inside, you may remove them. Please handle other customers’ items with care and place them neatly on the nearest bench.
- Check inside of machine is clean and empty.
Step 2

- Load washing into machine and close door.
- Load to the “max fill line” only. Overloading the machine will negatively impact drying quality and time. The load needs to tumble freely for effective drying.
Step 3

- Pay for the machine via the kiosk or QR code located on the machine.
- Up to 4 machines can be paid for at one time.
- Please do not pay for wash and dry at the same time. Only pay for a dryer when you are ready to use it, as someone else may use your dryer credit while your wash cycle is still in progress.

- After purchasing, you have the option to request a receipt to be emailed to you.
Step 4

- Select dry temperature on the machine.
Step 5

- Add dryer sheets if required.
Step 6

- Press the green start button on the machine.
- Please do not leave your washing unattended. The Washhouse Launderette cannot take responsibility for unattended items.
Step 7

- Please remove your items from the machine as soon as the cycle is finished.
- Dry cycle time is displayed on the machine.
- During busy times, it may be necessary for others to remove completed loads if left unattended.
Step 8
- Once you have finished your wash, please check the machine for any dirt, hair, or residue left behind.
- Please use our complimentary cloths to clean as required, out of respect for your fellow customers.
